Capital Energy Company, Capital, was founded in 2002.  Capital is an independent exploration company located in Austin, Texas.  Larry Williams, president and co-founder of the company, has been in the exploration business for 31 years. During that time he successfully explored for oil and gas along the Texas Gulf coast and Southwest Louisiana.

Capital Energy is engaged in exploration for oil & gas along the Texas Gulf Coast & East Texas utilitizing 3-D seismic and geological information. Current activities include identifying prospects in Districts 2 & 4.  Capital Energy is available for exploration projects and or consulting work.
